1. Boil 1 glass (230ml) milk OR ¾ th glass of water (210ml) water.
2. Add ½ cup (35 gm) Eco Valley Hearty Oats.
3. Cook for approximately 3 minutes.
4. Stir Occasionally.
5. Serve Hot.
You can just cook it with milk or water and add fruits, dry fruits, juices etc, or you can make oats cookies, upma or use your creativity to make delicious recipes with it.
