2 capsicums (cut into big slices), chat masala for sprinkling, oil for frying
For the paste: ½ cup each of refined flour and Weikfield Corn Flour, 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste, 1 tbsp oil, a pinch of sugar, water as required
For serving: Weikfield Tomato Ketchup and Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce
HOW TO COOK
- Mix all the ingredients of the paste to make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the capsicum rings into the batter and deep-fry on high heat.
- Sprinkle chat masala on top and serve with Weikfield Tomato Ketchup and Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce.
