Crispy Schezwan Potato


3 boiled potatoes, 2 tsp oil, 2 tbsp groundnuts, ½ tsp each of cumin seeds, sesame seeds and Weikfield Chilly Vinegar, ¼ tsp Weikfield Soya Sauce, 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce, 4 tbsp oil, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 2 dry red chillies, salt to taste


  • Peel the potatoes, cut it into big pieces and fry it in a little oil till golden brown.
  • Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on it and keep aside.
  • Take oil in another pan and fry the groundnuts till brown.
  • Sprinkle cumin seeds and sesame seeds immediately.
  • Add red chilli powder, schezwan sauce, Weikfield Soya Sauce and fried potatoes.
  • Mix in Weikfield Chilly Vinegar and serve hot.
