Custard Ice Cream


2 tbsp Vanilla custard powder,1 cup sugar,3 cups milk,1 cup fresh cream
For the jelly
1 pkt Weikfield Strawberry Jelly Mix,500 ml water


  • Mix the Custard powder in ¼ cup milk & keep a side, now take the other ingredients in deep saucepan & mix well till sugar dissolves.
  • Add the custard mix to the milk.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil & remove from heat.
  • Prepare the Jelly mix. The Jelly premix in 500 ml hot water & pour into a wide tray.
  • Once it cools the jelly will set, cut into cubes & keep aside.
  • Next mix some jelly pieces into the custard ice cream & mix well.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture and jelly into paper cups.
  • Freeze the mixture for 4 hours.
  • Serve cold
