The Ingredient List
Butter: 65 grams
Breakfast sugar: ¼ cup
Vanilla essence: 1 tbsp
All-purpose flour: ¾ cup
Milk: 2 tbsp

How To cook
step 1 - In a bowl add butter, sugar, vanilla essence, and whisk until pale and fluffy.
step 2 - Then add in the all-purpose flour and combine. Pour in the milk and combine it into a soft dough.
step 3 - Pinch small balls of equal size. Flatten a little and make a small hollow at the centre.
step 4 - Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 25-30 minutes or until it turns golden brown from the bottom.
step 5 - When completely baked, add St. Dalflour’s Four Fruit Jam on the cookie cavity and your homemade four fruit jam cookies are ready.
