Ingredients

FROZEN CUSTARD SUNDAE
For the Frozen Custard:
Weikfield Vanilla Custard Powder – 2 tbsp,Milk – 1 ½ cup,Sugar – 5 tbsp,Fresh cream – 1 ½ cup
Garnish:
Cookie crumble – ½ cup,Chocolate sauce – ½ cup,Cherries

HOW TO COOK

  • Mix the milk cream & sugar in a pan till the sugar dissolves.
  • Now bring it to a boil & add the Weikfield Vanilla Custard Powder.
  • Once it thickens pour into a container & freeze for 4 hrs.
  • Once frozen take a sundae glass, drizzle the sides with chocolate sauce, add some cookie crumble to the bottom of the glass.
  • Next add scoops of ice cream & finall
