GARLIC – CORIANDAR SOUP

Ingredients

6 cups of vegetable stock, 1 tbsp garlic and 2 tbsp green coriander (both finely chopped), 1 tsp Weikfield Red Chilli Sauce, garlic oil, Weikfield Chilli Vinegar and sugar, 2 tbsp Weikfield Corn Flour (mixed into ½ cup water) and salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO COOK

  • Boil all the ingredients except Weikfield Corn Flour paste.
  • Cook for three minutes, then add corn flour paste.
  • Stir constantly and cook till thick. Serve hot.
