4 potatoes (cut like wedges), 3 tbsp Weikfield Corn Flour, 1 tsp salt, 2-3 whole red chillies, 1 tsp Weikfield Soya Sauce, 1 tsp Weikfield Chilli Vinegar, 1 tsp Weikfield Tomato Ketchup, 2 tsp honey, 1 tsp sesame seeds (til) roasted, oil for frying.
For serving: Weikfield Tomato Ketchup and Weikfield Mango Pudina Sauce.
HOW TO COOK
- Mix the Weikfield Corn Flour and salt and dip the potato wedges in it.
- Deep fry them in hot oil.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in another pan, add red chilli, Weikfield Soya Sauce, Weikfield Chilli Vinegar and Weikfield Tomato Ketchup.
- Add the fried Weikfield Chilli Vinegar, 1 tsp Weikfield Tomato Ketchup, fried potato wedges and honey and mix well.
- Once done, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
