400 g boiled noodles, 1 cup mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrot and French beans) (all finely chopped), 1 tbsp garlic and ginger (finely chopped), 1 tsp green chilli (finely chopped), 2 tsp Weikfield Soya Sauce, 1 tsp Weikfield Garlic Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp Weikfield Chilli Vinegar, ½ tsp sugar, 2 spring onions (finely chopped), 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped), 4 tbsp oil, ½ cup vegetable stock, salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO COOK
- Heat oil in a pan, add the mixed vegetables, garlic, ginger, and green chilli and cook for three minutes.
- Add the boiled noodles and the remaining ingredients and stir-fry on high heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Toss and serve hot.
