Mango Falooda Custard


½ kg pulp of ripe mangoes, ½ lt milk, sugar to taste, 50 g Weikfield Custard Powder (Strawberry Flavour), 100 g fresh cream, falooda (as required)


  • Heat milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.
  • Mix the Weikfield Custard Powder in 1 tbsp milk in another vessel.
  • Add this mixture to the boiling milk and continue boiling till the mixture thickens.
  • Allow it to cool, then add the mango pulp and cream to it.
  • Mix well and refrigerate. Serve chilled with falooda.
