Mango Muffins


For the muffins: 100 g refined flour, 100 g condensed milk, 2 tbsp butter, ½ tsp Weikfield Baking Powder, ½ tsp mango essence, 100 ml soda, 12 muffin mould cups For the icing: 250 g whipped cream, ½ cup icing sugar (mix together both the ingredients and whip well)

For garnishing: cherries, whipped cream, mango pieces


  • Mix all the ingredients for the muffins and blend in a double blender for 2-3 minutes.
  • Put the mixture into muffin moulds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 15 minutes.
  • Once baked and cooled, remove it from the mould.
  • Top it with cherries, whipped cream and tiny mango pieces and serve.
