MIXED CEREAL PARANTHA

Ingredients

½ cup each of jowar flour, bajra flour, rice flour, corn flour, wheat flour and ground EcoValley (Palak Paprika) Hearty Oats, 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste, salt as per taste, oil for frying

HOW TO COOK

  • Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough.
  • Make balls of the dough and roll into paranthas.
  • Apply oil to the tawa and roast the paranthas on both the sides till the paranthas are crisp.
  • Serve hot with Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce or Weikfield Tomato Ketchup.
