MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients

1 cup EcoValley Mushrooms (finely cut and fried in butter), 1 tbsp finely chopped onion, 1 tsp Weikfield Soya Sauce, 3 cups water, 1 tbsp Weikfield Cornflour paste, fresh cream for garnishing, 1 tsp salt and 2 pinches of pepper

HOW TO COOK

  • Boil water in a pan.
  • Add Weikfield Soya Sauce, chopped onions, salt and pepper and boil.
  • After some time, add EcoValley Mushrooms (fried)and cook for a while.
  • Garnish with fresh cream and serve.
