OATS CHANA-DAL CHILA

Ingredients

1 cup ground EcoValley Hearty (Palak Paprika) Oats, 1 cup soaked and ground chana dal, 1 tsp each of finely chopped onions and green chilli-ginger paste, 1 tbsp capsicum (cut into small pieces), salt as per taste

HOW TO COOK

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil and prepare the batter.
  • Apply a little oil on a non-stick tawa and spread the batter like a pancake.
  • Shallow-fry the chilla till both the sides are crisp.
  • Serve with Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce or Weikfield Tomato Ketchup.
