PANEER SANDWICH

Ingredients

100 g. Paneer (cut in the shape of a bread slice), 100 g Weikfield Green Chilli Sauce or Weikfield Red Chilli Sauce (of your choice), 2 bread slices, 50 g butter, white pepper to taste.

HOW TO COOK

  • Apply butter on the bread slices, place the paneer slice on it and apply red/green chilli sauce.
  • Sprinkle salt and white pepper on top.
  • Garnish with Weikfield Mango Pudina Sauce or Weikfield Tomato Ketchup and serve.
