Gear up for a fun weekend with Weikfield's pasta sauce mix. So go ahead and create this easy to make and classic red and white sauce mix pasta.

The Ingredient List

Oil: 1 tbsp

Garlic: 5-6 chopped (add 1/4)

Onion: 1 chopped (add 1/2)

Zucchini: 1/3 cup, roughly chopped

White pasta sauce mix: 1

Milk: as mentioned on the pack

Oil: 1 tbsp

Garlic: (leftover)

Onion: (leftover)

Green chilli: 2 chopped

Paneer: 60 grams, cut in cubes

Red sauce pasta mix: 1

White sauce: 1 as prepared

Boiled Weikfield penne pasta: 1

Mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup, grated

How To cook

  • step 1 - In a pan pour some oil, add ¼ of the chopped garlic, ½ of the chopped onion, sliced zucchini and saute until slight translucent.
  • step 2 - Add in the white sauce pasta mix and saute.
  • step 3 - Pour in milk and cook until it is thick in consistency. Keep it aside.
  • step 4 - Take the pan and add some oil, garlic, onion, green chilli and saute it. Then add in the paneer and cook to saute.
  • step 5 - Add in the red sauce pasta mix and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • step 6 - In the same pan add the prepared white sauce, combine both red and white sauce and cook it.
  • step 7 - Add in some boiled pasta, grated mozzarella cheese and cook for another 2-4 minutes or until the sauce is completely added to the pasta.
  • step 8 - Take a plate, serve the pasta in it. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley and grated mozzarella cheese.
