SPRING CHILLI MILLY

Ingredients

3 green onions (chopped), 3 bell peppers (finely cut), 4 tbsp each of Weikfield Corn Flour and maida, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice, 4 chopped green chillies, salt and pepper to taste, oil for frying

For serving: Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce to taste

HOW TO COOK

  • Mix all the ingredients and add the required amount of water to make small balls.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce.
