Vegetable Fried Rice


3 cups cooked rice, 1 tbsp garlic and ginger (finely cut), 2 green chillies (finely cut), 1 cup mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrot and French beans) (finely chopped), 2 spring onions (finely chopped), 2 tsp Weikfield Soya Sauce, 2 tsp Weikfield Garlic Chilly Sauce, 1 tsp Weikfield Chilly Vinegar, 2 tbsp oil, salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat oil in a pan, add the mixed vegetables and fry for three minutes.
  • Add rice and the remaining ingredients and stir fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Toss and serve hot.
