Vegetable Salty


1 tbsp onions (finely chopped), 1 tsp French beans, 4 tbsp cabbage, 2 tbsp carrot, 1 tsp garlic, ½ tsp celery (all finely chopped), 1 tbsp Weikfield Corn Flour, oil for frying

For seasoning: 1 tsp each of salt and sugar, a pinch of black pepper powder

For serving: Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce to taste


  • Mix the Weikfield Corn Flour and the seasoning ingredients with the chopped vegetables and prepare a dough.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and make elongated rolls of these.
  • Put the rolls on a skewer and fry them on both sides.
  • Remove the rolls from heat and serve with Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce.
