You’ll Need:

  • 2 tbsp mango pulp or puree
  • Chopped nuts and rose syrup for topping

How to Make:

  1. Prepare Weikfield Jelly as per the pack instructions and let it set. Once firm, cut into cubes.
  2. Prepare Weikfield Falooda Mix by adding it to chilled milk, it’s pre-blended with vermicelli and basil seeds, so no cooking needed!
  3. In a tall glass, layer falooda mix, jelly cubes, and a spoon of mango pulp.
  4. Drizzle rose syrup, sprinkle nuts, and serve chilled.

  • Chopped almonds or cashews for garnish

How to Make:

  1. In a bowl, mix biscuit crumbs, Weikfield Cocoa Powder and Weikfield Cornstarch for that smooth firmness.
  2. Add condensed milk and melted butter; mix until the texture resembles soft dough.
  3. Press the mixture into a tray lined with butter paper and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.

How to Make:

  1. Prepare Weikfield Jelly as per instructions and let it set.  
  2. Prepare chilled Weikfield Custard separately.  
  3. In shot glasses, add a layer of jelly followed by custard, alternating colors for fun.  
  4. Garnish with mint leaves or sprinkles.
