Energy Bites
- 1. Mix Eco Valley oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips & shredded coconut.
- 2. Roll them into balls.
- 3. Refrigerate or eat right away

Oats Pancakes
- 1. Blend Eco Valley Oats, a ripe banana, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp melted butter & 1-2 tbsp honey in a blender.
- 2. Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1-2 tsp baking powder, 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract & water as needed.
- 3. Blend to get a smooth mix.

Oats Flapjacks
- 1. Heat some butter, sugar, and honey in a pan.
- 2. Stir occasionally until it melts.
- 3. Mix the cats to form a sticky mixture.
- 4. Transfer mix to a lined baking tin and flatten it.
- 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180/160 °C (4-350 °F) for 15-20 minutes.
