Weikfield Vanilla Custard Powder – 2 Tbsp, Milk – 500 ml, Sugar – 3 to 4 Tbsp, Assorted Fruits, diced into bite sized pieces (Apple, Pomegranate, Blueberries, Strawberries, Kiwi, Banana or any other fruits of your choice) – 4 bowls (filled 3/4 with fruits), Chopped dry fruits like almonds, raisins and cashew nuts for garnishing
HOW TO COOK
- Prepare pouring custard as per the instructions given on the Weikfield Vanilla Custard Powder
- Allow the custard to chill in the refrigerator.
- Top the fruit bowls with the chilled custard.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
Note: You can use other flavours like Strawberry, Mango and Butterscotch of Weikfield Custard Powder for your fruit custard.
