CORNFLOUR SLURRY : 1 TABLESPOON CORNFLOUR AND 2 TABLESPOON WATER

How To cook

STEP 1 - TAKE A PAN AND POUR OLIVE OIL IN IT AND LET IT HEAT.
STEP 2 - CHOP 4-5 CLOVES OF GARLIC AND ADD IT TO THE OIL.
STEP 3 - ADD ½ INCH CHOPPED GINGER TO THE PAN ALONG WITH 3-4 GREEN CHILLIES AND SAUTE IT PROPERLY.
STEP 4 - NOW, ADD CHOPPED ONION TO THE MIXTURE ALONG WITH CHOPPED CARROT AND CAPSICUM AND SAUTE THE MIXTURE PROPERLY.
STEP 5 - ADD TOMATO SAUCE ALONG WITH SOY SAUCE TO THE PAN AND LET IT HEAT FOR SOME TIME. KEEP MIXING THE MIXTURE.
STEP 6 - ADD VINEGAR TO THE MIXTURE AND SAUTE IT AGAIN, PROPERLY.
STEP 7 - ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER TO THE PAN AND LET IT HEAT. KEEP STIRRING AND MIXING IT. NOW, ADD SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE AND STIR AGAIN TO EVENLY DISTRIBUTE THE SALT.
STEP 8 - ADD BLACK PEPPER TO THE MIXTURE TO ENHANCE THE TASTE OF THE SOUP.
STEP 9 - NOW, ADD CORNFLOUR SLURRY TO THE PAN AND MIX IT WELL WITH INGREDIENTS ALREADY EXISTING IN THE PAN.
STEP 10 - ONCE, THE CORNFLOUR SLURRY IS ADDED, ADD A BEATEN EGG TO THE MIXTURE AND STIR IT PROPERLY.
