1 lt milk, 2 tbsp Weikfield Custard Powder (Vanilla Flavour), 1 cup sugar, ½ cup boiled Weikfield Pasta, 2 ripe mangoes (cut into cubes)
HOW TO COOK
- Boil milk in a pan.
- Take another vessel and mix the Weikfield Custard Powder with a little water/milk.
- Add this mixture to the milk and keep boiling till it thickens.
- Add sugar, mix well and remove it from heat.
- When it cools, add the mango cubes and Weikfield Pasta and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
