MINTY PANEER SANDWICH

Ingredients

8 bread slices, butter as needed, ½ bunch mint leaves, 1 small onion, 2-3 finely cut green chillies, salt to taste, 1 tsp chaat masala, 150 g paneer (cut into cubes)

For serving: Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce, Weikfield Tomato Ketchup as per taste

HOW TO COOK

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except bread and butter).
  • Butter the bread slices and spread the paneer mixture.
  • Serve with Weikfield Mango Mint Sauce and Weikfield Tomato Ketchup.
