PANEER CROQUETTES

Ingredients

1 slice of bread, 150 g mashed paneer, 1 cup processed cheese, 2-3 jalapenos (finely chopped), ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 cup bread crumbs, salt to taste, oil for frying

For serving: Weikfield Mango Pudina Sauce or Weikfield Tomato Ketchup.

HOW TO COOK

  • Mix the bread, cheese, jalapeno, black pepper and salt evenly.
  • Make small balls/croquettes and roll them in the bread crumbs and deep fry.
  • Serve them hot with Weikfield Mango Pudina Sauce or Weikfield Tomato Ketchup.
