- 4 tsp Weikfield Kesar Pista Custard Powder
- 250 ml Milk
- 150 g Powdered Sugar
- 120 g Plain Flour
- 90 g Soft Butter
- 60 g Powdered Sugar
- 1 Chopped Apple
- 115 g Chopped Strawberries
- 115 g Blueberries
- ¼ tsp Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder
- 30 g Butter
- 6 tsp Sugar
- Chopped Pistachios
- Mixed Berries
Instructions:
How to make your yummy homemade ice cream with Weikfield
- In a small saucepan, combine 120 ml of milk with 60 g of powdered sugar. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add 4 tsp of custard powder to the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Once thickened, remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, combine 120 g of plain flour with 60 g of powdered sugar.
- Cut in 60 g of soft butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread the crumble mixture evenly on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 190°C for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely, then crumble into pieces.
- In a pan, melt 30 g of butter over medium heat.
- Add 6 tsp of sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add the chopped apple pieces, strawberries, and blueberries to the pan.
- Sprinkle ¼ tsp of elaichi (cardamom) powder.
- Cook for 2 minutes, or until the fruit is slightly softened. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In serving dishes, layer the fruit mixture first.
- Pour the prepared custard over the fruit.
- Top with crumble mixture.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and additional mixed berries if desired.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a short time before serving.
