STEP 1 - MIX 2 TABLESPOONS (25 GRAMS) OF VANILLA CUSTARD POWDER WITH ¾ CUP (125 ML) OF MILK TAKEN FROM ½ LITRE OF MILK.
STEP 2 - ADD 4 TABLESPOONS (50 GRAMS) OF SUGAR TO THE REMAINING MILK (375 ML) AND BOIL IT.
STEP 3 - POUR THE PREPARED CUSTARD MIXTURE SLOWLY INTO THE REMAINING MILK AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES WHILE STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY. LET IT COOL.
STEP 4 - ENJOY THE VANILLA CUSTARD WITH FRESH FRUITS, WEIKFIELD JELLY, OR WEIKFIELD ICE CREAM.
