STEP 1 - SET FREEZER TO THE COLDEST TEMPERATURE, 30 MINUTES BEFORE PREPARING THE ICE CREAM.
STEP 2 - BOIL 400 ML MILK. ADD IN THE CONTENT OF THE PACKET AND BOIL FOR 3 MINUTES WITH CONSTANT STIRRING.
STEP 3 - LET THE MIXTURE COOL. POUR IN THE TRAY (PREFERABLY ALUMINIUM) BUT NOT TO THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY. PUT THE COVERED TRAY INTO THE FREEZER.
STEP 4 - ICE CREAM WILL SET IN 2-3 HOURS. REMOVE THE TRAY WHEN FIRMLY SET. BEAT WITH AN ELECTRICAL BEATER FOR 3-4 MINUTES ON HIGH SPEED TO GIVE IT A TEXTURE.
STEP 5 - POUR THE ICE CREAM BACK INTO THE TRAY, COVER AND FREEZE UNTIL THE ICE CREAM BECOMES FIRM OR CONSISTENT.
