WEIKFIELD VANILLA CUSTARD POWDER: 4 TBSP

How To cook

STEP 1 - TAKE A PAN AND ADD ½ CUP OF COCONUT MILK TO IT.
STEP 2 - ADD 4 TBSP OF CUSTARD POWDER TO IT AND MIX IT WELL.
STEP 3 - NOW, ADD ⅔ CUP OF BROWN SUGAR AND MIX THE MIXTURE AGAIN.
STEP 4 - HEAT THE MIXTURE FOR SOME MORE TIME AND LET IT CHANGE ITS COLOR FROM YELLOW TO BROWN. NOW, ADD ⅔ CUP OF BOILED MOONG DAL TO THE PAN AND MIX IT AGAIN.
STEP 5 - TAKE ANOTHER PAN AND ADD 2-3 SPOONS OF GHEE TO IT. SLIGHTLY ROAST THE CUT PIECES OF COCONUT AND DRY FRUITS TAKEN OUT FOR GARNISHING.
STEP 6 - TRANSFER THE CUSTARD MOONG DAL TO A BOWL AND ADD THE COCONUT PIECES AND DRY FRUITS TO IT. THERE YOU GO! SIMPLE AND EASY TO COOK VANILLA CUSTARD MOONG DAL PAYASAM!
