VANILLA CUSTARD POWDER :

VANILLA ESSENCE :

SUGAR :
6TBSP
FRESH COCONUT PULP :
¼ CUP
FRESH CREAM :
200ML, CHILLED
MILK CHOCOLATE :
How To cook
STEP 1 - TAKE A HEATING PAN AND ADD COCONUT MILK, CUSTARD POWDER, VANILLA ESSENCE AND SUGAR AND MIX IT WELL.
STEP 2 - PUT THIS MIXTURE ON HEAT AND COOK IT UNTIL IT IS THICK IN CONSISTENCY AND THEN COOL IT DOWN TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
STEP 3 - NOW ADD FRESH COCONUT PULP AND FRESH CHILLED CREAM TO THIS MIXTURE AND WHISK IT WELL.
STEP 4 - TRANSFER THIS MIXTURE TO AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER AND FREEZE IT UNTIL SET.
STEP 5 - NOW TAKE A SCOOP OF THE ICE CREAM AND GARNISH IT WITH MILK CHOCOLATE AND SERVE IT.
