STEP 1 - SET THE REFRIGERATOR TO THE COLDEST TEMPERATURE 30 MINUTES BEFORE PREPARING YOUR ICE CREAM.
STEP 2 - BOIL 400 ML OF MILK AND ADD THE WEIKFIELD ICE CREAM PACK TO IT. KEEP STIRRING THE MIXTURE FOR 3 MINUTES WHILE BOILING.
STEP 3 - POUR THE MIXTURE INTO AN ALUMINIUM TRAY AND REFRIGERATE IT.
STEP 4 - SET THE ICE CREAM FOR 2-3 HOURS. AFTER THAT, REMOVE THE ICE CREAM AND USE AN ELECTRIC BEATER TO BEAT IT FOR 3-4 MINUTES. PUT THE ICE CREAM BACK IN THE TRAY AND FREEZE IT TILL IT BECOMES FIRM, OR AS PER YOUR PREFERENCE.
STEP 5 - ENJOY AS IS, OR WITH DRY FRUITS, OR WEIKFIELD JELLY.
