The Ingredient List

Butter: 100 grams

Breakfast sugar: 1/3 cup

Eggs: 2

Vanilla essence: 1 tbsp

All-purpose flour: 1 cup

Weikfield Baking powder: 1/2 tbsp

Carrot: 1 cup, grated)

How To cook

  • step 1 - Take a bowl, add butter and whisk it for a minute.
  • step 2 - Pour in the sugar and whisk until it slightly thickens.
  • step 3 - Now add eggs, vanilla essence and continue to whisk until it turns pale and fluffy.
  • step 4 - Add in the dry ingredients and cut fold to incorporate the batter well.
  • step 5 - Finally add the grated carrot and cut fold.
  • step 6 - Transfer the mixture in a greased mould and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
