- Take another pan, pour 1 ½ tbsp butter, let it heat mildly, and add 1 ½ tbsp maida, and stir it continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add ½ cup milk and stir continuously until the mixture thickens and achieves a creamy texture.
- To give it a delicious flavour, sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, parsley, and black pepper.
- Mix the boiled pasta and top with a generous layer of grated processed cheese.
