- 500 ml milk
- 100g sugar
- 5 tbsp Weikfield Pista Custard Powder
- 175g Plain Flour
- 30 g Pistachio Powder
- 100 g Cold Butter
- 100 ml Water
- Dried Rose Petals
- Bread
- Rose Sugar Syrup
Instructions:
How to make your yummy homemade ice cream with Weikfield
- Mix 5 tbsp of Weikfield Pista Custard Powder with 100 ml of milk to create a smooth paste. Set aside.
- In a pan, heat 375 ml of milk over medium heat.
- Gradually add the custard paste to the pan, followed by 4 tsp of sugar.
- Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and achieves a creamy texture.
- Allow the custard to cool slightly before folding in a medley of bread and rose sugar syrup.
- Cut the Bread in a round shape, add Pista Custard with Pista Crumble.
- Pour Gulkand on the top with chopped Pistachios.
- Top with a generous layer of dried Rose petals for that perfect crunch.
