Dough:
- 300 g Flour
- 4 g Dried Yeast
- 40 g Sugar
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 130 ml Milk
- 1 Egg or 65 g Mashed Banana
- 40 g Butter
Custard Filling:
- 3 tbsp Weikfield Custard Chocolate Flavor
- 300 ml Milk
- 1/3 cup Sugar (66 g)

Making of Yummy Weikfield Custard Buns
Prepare Dough:
- Dissolves yeast and 40 g sugar in warm milk, and let it froth.
- Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture, egg (or banana), and melted butter. Knead until smooth. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Make Custard Filling:
- Mix custard powder with a bit of milk to form a paste.
- Boil remaining milk with sugar, add custard paste, and cook until thickened.
- Let the custard cool.
Assembling the dough:
- After letting the dough rise punch it down and divide it into 4 pieces.
- Take one piece of dough; flatten it into a disc shape (about palm size).
- Spoon a generous amount of the cooled custard filling (prepared earlier) onto the center of the dough disc.
- Carefully pull the edges of the dough disc up and around the custard filling, pinching them together at the top to seal the bun.
- Gently shape the filled dough into a smooth ball or oval shape.
- Once assembled, place the filled buns onto the heated pan, leaving some space between them to expand.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let the buns cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
