- 250 g Crushed Biscuits
- 15 g Icing Sugar
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 115 g Melted Butter
- 4 tsp Weikfield Vanilla Custard Powder
- 400 ml Milk
- 2/3 tsp Sugar
- Nuts (As Required)
- Fresh Fruits (As Required)
Instructions:
How to make your Fruit Custard Tart with Weikfield
- Combine crushed biscuits, icing sugar, cinnamon powder, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the base of a tart mould. Chill in the refrigerator to set.
- Mix 4 tsp vanilla custard powder with a small amount of milk to form a paste.
- Heat 400 ml milk and add 2/3 tsp sugar.
- Gradually stir in the custard paste, cooking until thickened. Allow to cool slightly.
- Pour the custard filling into the prepared crust.
- Garnish with nuts and fresh fruits.
