The Ingredient List

Ragi flour: 220 grams

Butter: 80 grams (add 40 grams in the batter and rest for making the pancake)

Eggs: 4

Breakfast sugar: 80 grams

Baking soda: ½ tsp

Milk: 160 ml

How To cook

  • step 1 - In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with 40 grams butter and make a smooth paste/batter.
  • step 2 - Add some butter in the pan and pour one ladle full of batter to form pancakes and cook on each side until golden brown or dry.
  • step 3 - Your healthy gluten-free ragi pancake is ready, serve with a dice of butter, honey, or maple syrup.
