Ingredients:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Oil
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- Ginger
- Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1 Chef’s Basket Pasta Mast Masala packet
- Tomato Ketchup
- 2 slice Cheese
- 1 cup chopped Yellow Capsicum
- 1 cup chopped Red Capsicum
- Chilli Flakes
- Coriander Leaves
Instructions:
How to make your yummy homemade ice cream with Weikfield
- Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil on medium heat.
- Take 1 cup Chef Basket Macaroni Pasta and boil it in water on medium heat.
- Add salt and stir it for a while.
- Strain the water from pasta and keep it aside.
- Take another pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add cumin seeds (½ tsp).
- Now add ginger, green chilli and 1 tsp garlic paste.
- Add 1 chopped onion, tomatoes and green peas and stir it on low flame and don’t overcook it.
- Now add 1 packet of Chef’s Basket Pasta Mast Masala.
- Add some tomato ketchup, cheese and cover it for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add chopped Yellow & Red capsicum & keep it crunchy that makes the dish more tasty.
- Add boiled pasta (90% cooked) in it.
- Add cheese slices in it for that restaurant-like flavour.
- Cook for a few minutes and serve the pasta on the platter.
- Garnish it with red chilli flakes & coriander leaves.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a short time before serving.
