- 200g Paneer (cubed)
- 1 cup Yoghourt
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Tomato (pureed)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Fresh Cream
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Fresh Coriander for garnish

How to make your yummy homemade ice cream with Weikfield
- Cook the Pasta: Boil 1 cup of Weikfield Elbow Pasta in salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Marinate the Paneer: In a bowl, marinate 200g of paneer cubes with 1 cup of yoghurt, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of garam masala, and 1 tsp of cumin powder. Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Cook the Paneer: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until they are golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Prepare the Masala: In the same pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then add tomato puree, salt, and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
