Gather these ingredients to make homemade ice cream with Weikfield
- Weikfield Iron Fortified Pasta
- Water
- Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 3 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Salt
- 1 Tsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tsp Oregano
- ¼ th Tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- ¼ th Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 cup Chopped Onions
- 2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Green Chilli
- ½ Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 cup Capsicum
- ½ Cup Parboiled Corns
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 to 3 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 ½ Tbsp Peri Peri Masala
- 2 Cup Cheese
- Handful of Coriander
Instructions:

- Take a pan, boil 1 cup water & add salt ( as per taste) in it.
- Once water is boiled add Weikfield Iron Fortified Pasta and 1 tsp oil in it.
- Stir it properly till the pasta gets 90% cooked.
- Now prepare a instant Peri Peri masala by adding: 3 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder, 2 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Black Salt, 1 Tsp Powdered Sugar, 1 Tsp Oregano, ½ Tsp Salt, ¼ th Tsp Dry Ginger Powder, ¼ th Tsp Cinnamon Powder Mix them all nicely and your Instant Peri Peri Masala is ready
- Now prepare Salsa by adding: 2 Chopped Tomatoes, 1 Chopped Onion, Handful of Coriander, 2 Green Chilli, ½ Roasted Cumin Powder, Salt as per taste, 1 Lemon Mix it well and in no time your Salsa is ready
