How To cook
STEP 1 - IN A PAN POUR SOME OIL, ADD ¼ OF THE CHOPPED GARLIC, ½ OF THE CHOPPED ONION, SLICED ZUCCHINI AND SAUTE UNTIL SLIGHT TRANSLUCENT. STEP 2 - ADD IN THE WHITE SAUCE PASTA MIX AND SAUTE. STEP 3 - POUR IN MILK AND COOK UNTIL IT IS THICK IN CONSISTENCY. KEEP IT ASIDE. STEP 4 - TAKE THE PAN AND ADD SOME OIL, GARLIC, ONION, GREEN CHILLI AND SAUTE IT. THEN ADD IN THE PANEER AND COOK TO SAUTE. STEP 5 - ADD IN THE RED SAUCE PASTA MIX AND COOK IT FOR 2 MINUTES. STEP 6 - IN THE SAME PAN ADD THE PREPARED WHITE SAUCE, COMBINE BOTH RED AND WHITE SAUCE AND COOK IT. STEP 7 - ADD IN SOME BOILED PASTA, GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 2-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE SAUCE IS COMPLETELY ADDED TO THE PASTA. STEP 8 - TAKE A PLATE, SERVE THE PASTA IN IT. GARNISH WITH SOME FRESHLY CHOPPED PARSLEY AND GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE.
