How To cook
STEP 1 - TCHOP 7-8 TOMATOES INTO HALVES AND ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL TO IT.
STEP 2 - ROAST THE TOMATOES IN THE OVEN AT 200-DEGREE CELSIUS AND TAKE THEM OUT OF THE OVEN.
STEP 3 - PEEL OFF THE SKIN OF TOMATOES. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT USE YOUR HANDS AS YOU MIGHT GET BURNT.
STEP 4 - NOW, TAKE A PAN AND ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL TO IT AND START HEATING IT..
STEP 5 - ADD 5-6 FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC TO THE PAN AND ALSO ADD 2 MEDIUM-SIZED CHOPPED ONION TO THE PAN. SAUTE IT PROPERLY UNTIL IT TURNS GOLDEN YELLOW.

STEP 7 - ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER, 1 TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER, AND SALT AND SAUTE THE MIXTURE PROPERLY. POST THE MIXING, ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONING TO THE MIXTURE AND MIX IT WELL.
STEP 8 - ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF TOMATO SAUCE AND 4-5 BASIL TO THE MIXTURE AND MIX IT AGAIN.
