How To cook
STEP 1 - TAKE A PAN AND ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL TO IT. HEAT IT FOR A MINUTE AND THEN ADD ½ KG OF MINCED CHICKEN TO IT
STEP 2 - SAUTE IT PROPERLY AND HEAT IT UNTIL THE COLOR OF THE CHICKEN TURNS BROWN. COVER THE LID OF THE PAN AND LET IT HEAT FOR SOME MORE TIME STEP 3 - AADD SALT AS PER THE TASTE TO THE PAN AND 1 TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER. SAUTE IT PROPERLY AND MAKE SURE IT REACHES ALL THE ENDS OF THE PAN STEP 4 - ADD 1 LARGE, ROUGHLY CHOPPED ONION AND MIX IT WELL WITH THE MINCED CHICKEN. COVER THE PAN WITH A LID AND LET IT COOK FOR SOME TIME STEP 5 - ONCE IT IS COOKED ENOUGH, ADD 6-7 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES TO THE PAN AND 1 TABLESPOON OF CHOPPED ROSEMARY.
