CHERRY TOMATO : 6-7, CUT IN HALF
BALSAMIC VINEGAR : 2 TABLESPOONS
PARSLEY : 2 TABLESPOONS, FRESH
PARMESAN CHEESE : GARNISH
WEIKFIELD PENNE PASTA : 1 PACKET, BOILED

How To cook

STEP 1 - TAKE A PAN AND POUR 1 TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL IN IT. TURN ON THE FAME AND START HEATING THE OIL.
STEP 2 - NOW, ADD FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC TO IT.
STEP 3 - ADD 1 SLICED ONION AND 2 CARROTS WHICH SHOULD BE CUT IN ROUND. ADD A LARGE, CHOPPED ZUCCHINI TO THE PAN ALONG WITH SLICED BELL PEPPERS AND A BROCCOLI CUT IN FLORETS.
STEP 4 - SAUT THE MIXTURE WELL AND ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF ITALIAN SEASONING. ADD SALT TO THE MIXTURE AS PER TASTE AND SAUT IT WELL, AGAIN.
STEP 5 - CHOP 6-7 CHERRY TOMATOES AND ADD IT TO THE PAN AND MIX IT WELL.
STEP 6 - NOW, ADD TWO CUPS OF BOILED WEIKFIELD PENNE PASTA TO THE MIXTURE AND SAUT IT REALLY WELL.
STEP 7 - ADD 2 TABLESPOON OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR TO THE MIXTURE AND MIX IT, AGAIN. NOW, THIS IS A FINAL STEP. TRANSFER THE PASTA TO THE BOWL AND GARNISH IT WITH FRESH PARSLEY AND PARMESAN CHEESE.
