Ingredients:

- 100g All-Purpose Flour
- 70g Cold Butter, Cubed
- 30g Weikfield Icing Sugar
- 2 tsp Milk (approx.)
- 1 Packet Weikfield Jelly Crystal
- Whipped Cream (for toppings)
Instructions:
Follow these easy steps to create your own Weikfield Mango Bliss Tart:
Prepare the Crust:
- Combine flour and Weikfield Icing Sugar in a bowl.
- Add butter and mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add 2 teaspoon of milk until dough forms.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to approximately 3mm thickness
- Shape the rolled dough into discs.
- Prick bottom of dough with a fork to prevent air bubbles.
- Fill with pie weights or dried beans.
- Blind Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C (375°F).
- Normally, bake for 5-10 at 190°C (375°F) minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the Filling:
- Dissolve Weikfield jelly crystals packet and pre mix sachet powder in boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Assemble the Tart:
- Spread thin layer of jelly mix over the tarts.
- Let it set for 45 minutes
- Top up with whipped cream.
