- 2 tbsp (25 grams)- Weikfield Vanilla Custard Powder
- 500 ml- Milk
- 4 tbsp (50 grams)- Sugar
- 1 pack -Weikfield Raspberry Jelly Crystals Mix
- 500 ml- Water -
- As Needed- Vanilla Sponge Cake (diced)
- As Needed- Fresh Mixed Fruits (diced)
Instructions:

- Mix 2 tablespoons custard powder with 125 ml of the 500 ml milk until smooth. Then, heat the remaining milk and sugar in a saucepan until simmering.
- Gradually whisk in the custard mixture and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until thickened. Leave to cool.
- Dissolve jelly powder in 500 ml boiling water. Set for 45 minutes.
- Cut jelly into cubes.
- Assemble the trifle in a large glass. Ladle custard to the base, and then add fruits. Add pieces of cake and top up with jelly. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hrs, or overnight, for the flavours to meld.
- To serve, decorate with whipped cream and fresh fruit, if desired.
