The Ingredient List

Coconut milk: 400ml

Vanilla custard powder: 3tbsp

Vanilla essence: ¼ tbsp

Sugar: 6tbsp

Fresh coconut pulp: ¼ cup

Fresh cream: 200ml, chilled

How To cook

  • step 1 - Take a heating pan and add coconut milk, custard powder, vanilla essence and sugar and mix it well.
  • step 2 - Put this mixture on heat and cook it until it is thick in consistency and then cool it down to room temperature.
  • step 3 - Now add fresh coconut pulp and fresh chilled cream to this mixture and whisk it well.
  • step 4 - Transfer this mixture to an airtight container and freeze it until set.
  • step 5 - Now take a scoop of the ice cream and garnish it with milk chocolate and serve it.
