Vanilla Cake Pops

Weikfield’s Cooker Cake (Vanilla): 1
Melted chocolate: 1
Colourful sugar confetti: as required
How To cook
step 1 - In a bow empty Weikfield’s cooker cake packet and follow the instructions for preparing the batter.
step 2 - When the batter is prepared, transfer it into a mould and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 minutes or until the cake passes the skewer test, which is to insert a skewer at the centre of the cake and if it comes out clean, that means it’s done.
step 3 - Now crumble the cake into crumb, pour in two to three tablespoons of melted chocolate and combine it well.
step 4 - Make small balls and insert lollipop sticks at the centre of the ball. (refrigerate for 30-60 minutes for better results)
step 5 - Dip the lollipops in the melted chocolate to coat.
step 6 - Sprinkle some colourful sugar confetti and let it set before serving.
