Weikfield Vanilla Custard Powder: 2tbsp (25grams)

Milk: 2 ¼ cup (500 ml)

Sugar: 4 tbsp (50 grams)

Apple: chopped

How To cook

  • step 1 - Mix 2 tbsp of Vanilla custard powder with ¾ cup (125ml) of milk taken out from ½ ltr cold/room temperature milk to form a paste.
  • step 2 - Add 4 tbsp sugar to the remaining milk and bring it to a boil.
  • step 3 - Gradually pour the prepared custard slurry into the remaining milk, stir continuously, and cook for 2 minutes until it thickens up.
  • step 4 - Transfer to serving bowls and let it cool.
  • step 5 - Garnish with fresh fruits.
